Tips and Tricks for your site

As you can tell from the title, you will find some tips and tricks for your site here. I hope they can help you a little bit with getting your site more popular and professional.

Your sitename
The name of a site is very important, so it should be easy for the visitors to remind it. That means it shouldn't be too long. You should take some time and think about a sitename that you like and that is easy to remember. You shouldn't use to many of the x's or xo's or anything like that. Because this makes your sitename hard to remember. Another important thing is, that your sitename should be unique! Right now everyone seems to have xlost before the sitename, so it isn't really unique anymore. Think of something different!

Your typing
If you have blogs, tutorials or tips or anyother texts on your site I guess you want your visitors to read them. Then you shouldn't type LiKe ThIs or lyk dis because it is very hard to read. And if you are typing like this, I can tell you no one will take the time to read it. I mean who wants to read a text that is written like that, it only hurts your eyes. Take the time and type properly!

Your layout
Another important thing is your layout. Try to make the layout by yourself. Even if it's not the best blend you used you made it and that's what counts. My layouts weren't the best at the beginning but I kept making them and I think I can say that they are pretty good now. It took a lot of time for me to get those skills I have right now, but it's worth it. But if you are using someone elses blend on your layout, remember to credit the person!

Your content
The main thing why people visitsites is because of the content. When you have a site with no content on it you won't get any visitors, so try to add alot of content to your site. And try to add alot of content made by you. It is okay if you use something from other sites, but don't just offer things that other people made. And again if you offer something from other sites, remember to credit them! You also should have different things to offer not just blends, or just icons. To keep your visitors coming back add new content regulary!

HTML-Use
If you want to make your site look more professional try to use HTML. HTMl-Codes give you many opportunities to build your site.
